Bri: Thanks for all the comments peeps, always appreciated. It was a fantastic day out for me personally. Rode into my old town Wigan for an hour with the Wigan crew. Then my own crew turn up en masse with the Scorps. Then on to Warrior and the Crown Inn. Finished off with an hour or so at the Crispin then a nice easy ride home. SORTED!!

Bri: Manchester Toy Run Twas a wet start for some but stayed dry for most of the day. To say that the police were in charge, it was one of the worst ride outs I've been on in terms of marshalling. We had one bobby leading us and one roundabout stopped on the way to Trafford Park and that was it. Orders were given that anyone with L plates riding on the Mancunian Way will be booked. (That's me then!!) Then I got told we weren't going on it and to follow the lead. ( I was about 4th from the front.) Next thing I know....up the Mancy Way!!! Just stopped in time and managed to tag on with about 6 others through the town centre. Then, just as we're going into the Trafford Centre, some dozy pillock in a car decided he wanted to go right and cut straight in front of me. Luckily I managed to turn with him and slapped on. Bit of a back wheel skid and nearly ended up under his car. No harm done apart from a bruised knuckle where I fisted his window. Twat!
Bri: continued....Apart from that, excellent turn out from us scooterists and all for a worthwhile cause.
