How To Join?
Cordinaires Dance Troupe are now recruiting new girls.
October 2008 is the perfect time to join as we will be learning new routines for all 4 sections of our troupe, Dinkies, Tinies, Juniors and Seniors
Dinkies Up To Age 6
Our Dinkies are the youngest members of our troupe and currently have 5 girls.

They perform a simple 7 minute routine which are easy to learn but very enjoyable.

To enable our Dinkies to be judged in competition, we would need 6 girls or more in line plus a leader.
Tinies Up To Age 11
Our Tinies have now been together for 1 year but are a very young team.

The majority of our girls in Tinies were new girls who joined us in October 2007 and had never danced before, although we did have 3 experienced older dancers who in 2009 will dance for our Junior team as they are now too old for Tinies and some girls who are now too old for our Dinkie team and have therefore moved up to the next group.

Their routine involves slightly more complicated moves and simple tab work but again very enjoyable and lasts between 9 and 10 minutes.
Juniors Up To Age 16
Although we have a Junior team in 2008, we only had 9 girls including a leader.

Their routine involves more complex moves, kicks, different formations and tab work and lasts between 11 and 12 minutes.

To enable our Juniors to go out on competition, we would need 10 girls or more in line plus a leader.
Seniors Age 16 Plus
The Seniors are the oldest team in our troupe.

Here are girls who retire when they feel ready and some of our girls have danced into their 30's before hanging up their dancing pumps / shoes.

Their routine includes complex moves, lots of high kicks, different formations and high tab work and lasts between 13 and 14 minutes.

Our Senior team competes virtually every Sunday during the open season.
We practice on Monday night at Wrockwardine Wood Junior School, Trench.
Dinkies 6pm to 6.45pm
Tinies 6.45pm to 7.30pm
Juniors 7.30pm to 8.15pm
Seniors 8.15pm to 9.30pm

If you are interested, why not come along and give it a try or alternatively, e-mail us for more information.
